Snapchat is a popular social media app today that lets you communicate with your friends in various different ways. You can chat with friends, take pictures, etc. Snapchat also has a discover page in which you can look at anything from the news at CNN to baking a cake to gaming. I use Snapchat a lot throughout the day. It's got everything I need. I can talk with my friends, take pictures and videos, and look at whats going on in the world all in one app.
One thing that Snapchat does is what it calls "Snap Maps". It's a map of the world and shows you where all of your friends are and if you tap on their "bitmoji" (Your avatar that you create when you get Snapchat) then you can see their most recent "snaps" to see what they have been up to.
The pros of this feature include being in the know. You will always be able to see where your friends and family are and what they have recently been up to.
The cons of this feature is that people that you might not want to see where you are can. This can lead to a new breed of stalkers and kidnapping cases.
